Candles & Body Products
If you are unhappy with your order or you order the wrong goods,
you may return it within 7 days for a refund (not including postage).
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns
can only be accepted with prior authorisation.
All returned candles must be unlit and undamaged.
Please note that we cannot except returned body products,
ie, soap, lip balms etc.
Please order very carefully.
In circumstances where we
are not at fault for a return, i.e. you changed your mind
about the order then we may still give authorisation for the return,
however delivery charges cannot be refunded and returns in this instance
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less postage.
Personalised orders may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What happens if an item is damaged?
We always ensure that all orders are
very well packaged when they leave our workshop.
We cannot be held responsible for
damage that occurs in transit.
We take pride in offering a first class customer service and will happily
replace damaged items free of charge but the damaged item must be
received back first in order to make a claim from our courier company and
return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Simply let us know by email or telephone within 24 hours of placing your order and you will be refunded in full.
Please note that after 24 hours your order will have already been started and
cancellation will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Jewellery
Packaging for tiaras
All tiaras and hair accessories are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and placed in a strong gift box.
To keep costs down to a minimum we do not provide gift boxes
for separate jewellery items. Each piece of jewellery is packaged separately in
a zip lock bag and sent in jiffy bags.
Returns
When ordering any piece please make sure it is the right choice for you. As most pieces are made to the customers personal requirements; colours, beads etc. We cannot accept returns should you decide it's not right for you or you change your mind. We try to give as much advice about the style of headdress or jewellery that will suit your hair/dress or overall theme as we can.
If an item arrives damaged or it is not as you asked for please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. We can then discuss offering a replacement or a refund. Items must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt and in the condition they arrived in. Returns must be sent Special Delivery, the cost of which will be refunded. Items may not be returned in this instance if your wedding date has lapsed.
Dispatch Times
During quieter months of Sept - April orders are estimated to
take approx 4 weeks.
During the busier months of May - August orders can take up to 6 weeks.
So if you are having a Spring/Summer wedding it is best to place
your order sooner rather than later.
Stationery
WORDING: Please ensure that all wording you send to us has been thoroughly checked for spellings etc as once a proof has been agreed by you, We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made once you have given us the go ahead.
This especially applies to Table Plans as we cannot send proofs of these items!
REFUNDS: We will do are best to ensure all items arrive to you in perfect condition. Please notify us as soon as possible if this is not the case. Refunds will only be
given if the goods you receive are faulty or we have sent wrong items to you by mistake. All items that require a refund should be sent back in the condition you received them in and a refund will be issued. Please note, we are not responsible
for any damages that may occur in the subsequent posting of items (i.e. when you send your items out to guests)
